This food blog's inspiration came from looking at pictures of food and having taken pictures of food in the past. I have always enjoyed looking at pictures of food, not so much from the cook book, but the ones people eat. It's interesting to see the food and enjoy the way it looks.
So this blog has a few motives:
1. To share the foods I eat as well as the foods my friends eat
2. To create a 'cookbook' of food ideas to use when ideas are running low
3. To introduce a diverse selection of authentic and imitation ethnic foods
4. To recommend dishes, provide cooking instructions, (upon request for dishes that I know how to prepare) and a budget for eating out. (That does not mean everything is cheap eats, prices are there for guidelines)
5. To make your mouth water! YUM!
